Bs and I can tell you why. Floating mounts that can fly. If they fly faster in the air, then why when they're 4 ft above the ground? Yeah no, it wasn't implemented because of all the hissy-fit cry-babies thinking their game would lose immersion after all the constant immersion breaking we deal with 24/7 AKA Weekly Caps, RMT, and events like these.
