It really is like they wanted to remind us how atma was when first introduced.
Surely they could be more creative with events other then add it to fates..
I did like the idea someone had suggested about being able to turn in ___ amount of medals for a Legendary,
i really can see some players possibly even myself included that even if this event is 2 months we may not get all weapons, that's how horrid the rng is.

After a crazy session of about 16-18 hours of straight fate grinding, I'm sitting at 4 weapons and a handful of other medals now.

omg , thats a lot of fate grinding.

getting 1 weapon and not touching it again. The glamour weapons arent that cool , and the mount is the same (brights on night booohoo )

I, above all else, can't STAND that the weapons aren't level 5. Like seriously, what a giant missed opportunity.

I went through six toons total and did the event. Got all the minions, the one weapon for the class each toon is, and that was all I wanted. I like the minions, especially the one with the dragon scarf. The only one I don't like is Manjimutt. That thing just looks really freaking creepy. And the space one just made me roll my eyes.

Well after having my internet down for a week I managed to do the event and it really wasn't that bad
Traveler from another land - reasonable, so was Lightning
Mimics the first episode of Yokai Watch loved that, this game loves attention to detail

Can't wait for the next event from an outside source should we ever get another one, didn't see the issue with this event nor is it immersion breaking. That's the NA Final Fantasy XIV community for you on another note...no Level-5 references like the XIII weapons all being ilvl 13? Missed opportunity.

It took me 740 FATES to completely finish this event (including the FATES required to obtain all 13 minions). That is a 30 percent Legendary drop rate. Make sure you are having fun watching Netflix/Youtube while doing this event to balance it out.

Here is a genuine question. Since there are two months for this event, why do you have to bash it out as quickly as you can in a mindless grind wih Netflix/You tube to distract you? Couldn't you just space it out over the two months and gather the medals/legendary medals as you go? It seems as though that was the intent and not that players burn themselves out on FATE in a week or less.
