Hey everyone. Thought I'd just make a thread so that everyone can share tips! Post what you think is helpful.

For my tip, KILL THE SLIMES IN 11-20F because they use Rapture to wipe the entire party.

Also, if you have 3 of a Pomander and find a fourth in a chest, use the Pomander wisely and get your use out of it! Nothing should go to waste in a roguelike.

Use the Pomander of Lust when you accidentally grab too many mobs (or if they're patrolling mobs that didn't give you a choice in the matter).

Remember that you're starting from level 1, so you're going to have the same issues with specific level ranges that you have with normal level syncs (like how Warrior struggles with the 20-30 range, or Paladin struggles with 30-40)

It's quite likely that you'll stumble over a trap while moving close to an enemy at least once. Keep the HQ potions and Hi-potions they drop on the hotbar.

Mini-morbols inflict stacking poisons, but they seem to stop once they reach 4 stacks, so save your antidote/esuna for the 4th stack.

Save your witching poms. They make excellent panic buttons when things go wrong.
