Just an idea for a dungeon option where everyone can stay in the dungeon party if desired to cut on que times also level things out maybe make player in need random weekly as dps players will likely never recive yet have the longest que times.

You realize the reason dps are almost never in need (I've seen it a couple times, but very rarely), is because there are so many dps queing for stuff compared to the other roles, right? It's not like they just decided 'Hey, let's make tank always the adventurer in need because screw dps', it's because there's too many dps queing compared to the other roles (hence the instaqueue for most things as a tank). It's just an indicator of which role is the current bottleneck for queues.
I feel like one of the reasons is that the incentive that is provided for the adventurer in need is just way too small to be worth it, especially if you end up having to play a class you don't really like. In addition to that, while FF14 allows you to gear up and level up multiple classes on a single character, it doesn't do a good job of allowing you to use all those classes in the end game, which further creates bottlenecks.
