Pretty much what the title says, is anyone knowledgeable on exactly what gear I must possess in order to survive tanking Alexander Midas Savage.

I was told I need to be iLvl 230 to even think about it and was also told about an accuracy minimum to have so I don't miss. May anyone help me?
