Potency Raw Destruction (Melee LB) - see a difference?

To those doing heavy feasting, notice an actual decrease in this (as per notes)? Or is it still a one shot at 80% HP?

It still does over 7k dmg depending on buffs and debuffs. They didn't nerf it enough imo but whatever. At least now the 9k hp casters have a chance to survive possibly without having to use vit accessories. Though no one should be limit breaking someone at full hp regardless so people will continue to complain that it's too much of a gimmicky, quasi one shot, death sentence.

I've noticed a difference on casters/ranged, as they don't instantly die anymore unless they're sub 60-70%. From what I can tell, in-match the nerf is allowing healers a little bit more flexibility to keeping people alive when Raw Destruction is incoming. It's not much, but I don't consider it a one-shot move anymore. RD needs proper build up to nail a person into their coffin now, which is nice.

I agree with Knives, in that it's not enough. I think they could have stood to nerf it a little bit more. That said, a good healer can at least work with it now. The way it used to be, healers would just say "f*** it' when they saw it go off because they knew it would just kill the target outright. Now they can actually survive it if the healer is quick in their response.
