Since the patch my upgrade rate has severely went down. Before patch it took 7 runs 1-50 to get 30/30. After patch, 10 runs 1-50. I had 4 runs in a row of 1-50 with my weapon being 20/20 and getting ZERO upgrades (except from the final boss of floor 50). I counted over 20 unchanged silver chests in one run alone.

If your weapon is unsync'd then it should upgrade always, if it is sync'd then it should be a % chance. Also, if you are 30/28 on the final boss then the boss should give you +0/2.

Friend who did the same 10 1-50 runs as me got their weapon after 5 runs and is almost at their 3rd weapon after the next 5.
