    I ran it with 2 FC friends last night and we had a lot of fun.

    It's not the type of content I see myself doing full runs of frequently due to its length but it's definitely something I'm glad to have added to the game. I'm looking forward to the continuations.

    Did our first foray into DD last night with FC group. All tanks. Was awesome. Only got through 21-30 before calling it a night but what we did we liked. not having a healer really we were slightly squeamish heading into the third level, we played it old school like XI. Pull mob, kill, heal, repeat. We enjoyed that. No rushing it, took some time, had some laughs, did some stupid shit. Excited to jump back in tonight. After this run we'll do a proper setup for speed, good place for just spare exp and all the tomes you'd want for relic.

    For me, it will be just a "many thanks" to Soken for the amazing music (5 or more ?) he created for Deep Dungeon.
    I'am just a bit disappointed we have to listen again the music from the other dungeons, especially when some don't have to be there (like Pharos Sirius theme).
    The experience could have been more unique and more "Whaou" with just the new music (one for every 10 levels).
    To be honest, with the old music, I have the impression Deep Dungeon become just a random dungeon without identity.

    So, please, if it's possible, let only the new music Deep Dungeon Theme for Deep Dungeon and remove the other.

    I can't agree, Ceasaria. Cause 50 floors of the same track is monotonous, literally. I'm glad for the break up in tone.

    Anyways, tossing my chips in here. I'm enjoying myself. This content got me back into the game and playing. It will also help me catch up a bit gearing wise, as I hate the concept of keeping weapons as a carrot, while throwing loads of incremental armor and accessory upgrades.

    Seems like ideas like the examples would be best suited for having a group required. Nothing wrong with making a preformed party consider their composition. I wonder if it may do too much to hinder the prospect of solo play though (but maybe that should be a slightly detached variation on the dungeon.
    They could always give a couple of random items to solo players in a chest at the start.

    Ran it with several friends last night for a few hours. had to keep restarting the first floor for other people, but honestly it's probably my new favorite content. Takes me back to old school dungeon crawling. So far everyone I've ran it with really enjoys the fact that some attention has to be played since we're not running with the standard comps. The near wipes from sudden bombs and silence/pacify during pulls had us all yipping.

    Then we got to floor 15 and saw "Abilities disabled".

    Honestly I hope the stick with this as regular content. Bonus shot out to being able to test a class in 2 hours versus 2 weeks.

    I don't see how people can't like DD. its a great way to cap out on Lore,eso,poetics for the week. Plus it gives a nice chunk of XP if you're trying to level a class. So that means no boring fate or dungeon grinding..but.. eh Deep dungeon grinding?

    I don't see how people can't like DD.
    Because the hardcores only want content that's so tightly tuned that you can't make progress without hours of playtime per day and a dedicated static.

    Probably because some are treating it like it was supposed to be endgame style content when it was not. It currently works like an alternative way to level alt classes, alt characters and new players through a mystery dungeon style feature, one that does not require the generic typical dungeon party setup of 1 tank, 1 healer and 2 DPS. An alternative to fate grinding etc too. Level 60's can do it to help with getting their i235's etc or if really bored of running the same highly pre-scripted and pre-determined dungeons for tomes, they can do it to party up with their low level friends too without needing a full party but the first 50 floors are really for helping level alt characters/classes and new players with more variety and randomness than typical dungeons I think.

    Some probably had unrealistic expectations or had never played a mystery dungeon game before which is what this feature is based on. We will have to wait and see how the other 150 turn out but it will probably remain in the format of a mystery dungeon instead of a typical dungeon. There is also the fact some people will just whine for the sake of whining, some people who wanted something different, got this which is something different but now are falling back on the excuse it is not different enough...I put many of those types within the 'can't please everyone all of the time' category because no matter what SE introduces it often won't be good enough for them. It is not like it cannot be improved...but some people will just never be happy no matter what SE does in my opinion.
