I am disappointed with Deep Dungeon

I don't know what I was expecting, but I feel like this was hyped up a lot and I'm kind of disappointed.

Ever since Diadem, I stopped getting hyped for anything in this game. It's better to keep hype levels at an all time low, as you're less likely to be disappointed and more likely to be pleasantly surprised. PotD does have its flaws, but I overall found it to be neat and way better than Diadem (not that that's hard to accomplish).

I do hope SE introduce a little more mechanics to the trash mobs and the dungeons/floors themselves in 3.45. If they expect people to try to hit Floor 200, then they'll need to make it interesting on the way there (and make the boss fights a little more than just being HP sponges with AoE's. Floor 50 boss was alright, though).

I couldn't agree more. It's definitely better than Diadem, I just expected more, but as you said, I shouldn't really do that. Partly my own fault.

Floor 51-200 will need to introduce objectives and more, though. Otherwise it will be boring (and complaints will be justified).

Hall of the Novice (how to be a {CLASS/JOB}, Guildhests (how to be a party) and now Palace of the Dead (will you enjoy being a {CLASS/JOB})

Palace of the Dead is currently the only content in the game that let's newbies decide if the Job they chose at the start is the Job they want to be from Level 17 to 60 (if not, then they can test out the other Jobs, excluding the HW Jobs). I see the flaws in this content, but again, I was never hyped for it to begin with. I do have expectations for Floor 51-200, but I am still keeping my hype in the basement and underneath the trapdoor.

Having it be a leveling dungeon as well is a stupid idea. Starting it at level 17 is a stupid idea.

They never advertised after floor 50 being harder until like weeks before today so once again another hyped content ruined. Im perfectly patient I have birds to farm and a second anima weapon to work on I'm content, just disappointed once again.

We are talking about the current floors and that's what our comments/reviews are about. Our opinion may change when the new floors are released but this is how we feel about the current situation.
