For those complaining its boring, a matched party is pretty hectic sometimes. :P

Im seeing a pattern of those saying its boring or the likes they mostly have preformed parties.

Or they simply do not give a shit about intelligence-insulting PvE grinding. I know that I don't. I play this game for the storyline, some social interaction and the (horrible) pvp (if you can call it that) this game has to offer. I don't need to waste my time grinding for some junk I don't even need, nor give a shit about. I rather spend that time blowing up spaceships in EVE Online.

Yes. Yes, I am, and I'm proud of it. I always wear best gear even in simple dungeons so we can complete it asap because I value time of other players. And I demand the same from others.

Everyone has 230 weapon by now. Don't think 5 ilvls worth it

Before PotD it was literally impossible to have 230 weapons for all jobs by now unless you are running EX/Savage stuff, due to the Midan Gear limitation on getting lore weapons.

This is the first bit of new content that may potentially change that in the coming weeks depending on how hardcore some people are about farming those aetherpool upgrades.

Completed it with fixed party PLD / WHM / BRD / DRG.

Wiped once due to slimes. Had no other close calls. Was extremely easily.
Only problem was the time limit, which almost ran out on Floors 21-30 and 31-40. But we honestly spent a lot of time standing around talking about mobs and the music. We were also killing every single mob on every floor.
Floors 41-50 we had more than 10 minutes left at the end.

One of the members was playing DRG for the first time, so didn't know any of the skills.
Our tank was being extremely cautious. Only pulling one mob at a time through almost the entire dungeon.
I suggested pulling 3 at once, but we was reluctant. But I have never played tank, so I don't know the limitations. He must know them better than me.

Overall, easy. But fun with a fixed party. Doing it with friends makes it less grindy.

We plan to run it again as different jobs today or tomorrow.

3 you need 30 in weapon, and 30 in armor

(but I'm also 54 so I cant equip it yet lmao)

So do the weapons look like just glowing ghost after you obtain them or do they take on a "real" detailed appearance of some sort.
In other words other than the 230 do they actually look like they were worth the grind?
