Black launcher

Hello,
Today i'm trying to play FFXIV ! But there is a problem, the key box do not appear. I only get a black square. ( see on the screenshot).
I tryed to launch as admin and to restart computer.
Please tell me if you know how to solve this issue

It's also in French, you got some serious issues. I'd suggest forcing a version check, that might fix your problem, one of the ways to do so is listed here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post1981003

Load Internet Explorer (even if that's not your main browser) and go into the settings and clear the "Temporary Internet Files" (cache).

Although it isn't obvious, that login part of the launcher is actually a webpage loaded in Internet Explorer and if your cache is corrupted that can happen.

Does Edge work same ? I'm on w10.
And yes i'm french, so my launcher is in french

Nope, that's a new browser that was added to W10, Internet Explorer is still there though, you can load it from the Start Menu

I have found it and I have cleared it, still doesn't work :/

I'm just gonna throw it out there but, maybe it has to do with an outdated flash player version? Try updating flash and see if that works.

I have deleted the game and reinstall it, it has worked but it was long. Thank you for the help anyway
