Deep dungeon - hmmm

Well its patch day, and we now have the deep dungeon, fixes and other cool new content.

but i feel like ive stepped back in time here, this new dungeon is basically Nyzul Isle, alot of FFXI players will know this feeling of the long grind to get to floor 100 for the gear drops. altough it was fun back then, i'm sure i wished that i would never have to do it again.. and here i am just finished floor 1-10 and thinking to myself "here we are again" with a new coat of paint, oh and new player friendly,

Am I the only one thinking this?

Strange. Most of the hype around PotD was based on it actually looking like a re-imagining of Nyzul. I'm surprised you were expecting something different when it's been clear for a while what it was inspired by.

Ehm.. in many threads FFXI players are whining that the game isn't taking any inspiration from FFXI. So what exactly do you want?
25th floor now, having blast, definitely going to level my alt jobs here. As long as it gives good exp and room patterns change I am fine.

Already quite boring after what i have seen by now. Wouldnt even bother to reset my level there to start again.

Agreed. It's a bit disappointing, we waited for a solo instance so long and it's nothing but a copy of their old FF series. Also nothing else got pretty much added with the patch, we will see how 3.4 looks like... in 3 months

Wish the music in there would be a bit more exiting, bout to fall asleep lol
