New player (returning from the 1.0 era) and I was in the lovely ARR less than a week before I ran into this error. Not exactly the best welcome back

I play on PS4, if that is relevant.

I read up on these forums for this issue. There were suggestions from when this happened to people for previous patches (disconnecting the internet, turning off the machine). Nothing has worked for me so far
