I just got this and it's really annoying that it's happening again. Replacing my boot folder with the one found in this thread fixed it, though.

From what I've seen the issue on PS4 requires reinstalling the game and patches all over again. A really terrible solution.

Yeah having to reinstall on PS4 is a lot of work for SE screw up

I've had to deal with it. :-/ I wonder if it has to do with the backup / restore function on the PS4 because it seemed to consistently break the install anytime the update ran on the install transfered to a new hard drive while succeeding on the original drive.

I've had to reinstall on PS4 too with this error. As far as I can tell the problem is the game doesn't recognize that it needs to download the new launcher.
