Steps:

1) A7S training and we wipe during second catphase
2) respawn and go back in
3) for me graphics were like when spikes were down for catphases, so I stepped on it to test and damage and debuff applied as if they were up
4) other party members report same graphic glitch
5) somewhere during pull (assuming after first catphase but I was too busy and only noticed after second catphase) the spikes were up in graphics again

Bug/Glitch didn't repeat
