    Well tanks are getting the range skill, think they just wanted to give tanks more reason to be in the feast other than fellcleave and cover.

    I read it as a monk buff too, burst could be more devastating now. I literally never had to use the skill for TP refresh, now it has a purpose...
    But ye other than that it really looks like nothing has changed. -50 points for every week you havent played, seems okay for me, just something simple will do it

    Only they also nerf'ed WAR's a bit... which really not sure why, it was are only group affecting ability, further decreasing WAR to just a 3rd dps.

    Go test it, it works. Not sure whether that is intentional or not though.

I've seen a few people complain about Dragoons long cooldowns, so I figure having Impulse Rush address that is logical, though I'll admit I'm not Dragoon when it comes to PvP. Perhaps something closer to Astrologians Spear card would work better than a flat cooldown reset like Kassatsu...

    actually the in game tooltip just says nullifies all action direction requirements ))))

    I think it would really depend on how high of a chance that reset proc is. Out Drg's three jumps, their regular one is the shortest oGCD, but it also has the highest potential potency when under BoTD and Power Surge. The way things are now, Power Surge (60s) is timed to be available for every second Jump (30s). So, if the reset proc is low, Drg's might not notice it that much. If it proc'd a free jump after the 30s mark of Power Surge's CD, then it might be better to ignore it because they wouldn't want to risk losing or delaying a much higher burst in favour of an un-buffed jump. It would definitely be interesting to see in practice, but it's actual utility would be heavily dependent on how good the odds of that proc are. If they were too high, Drg's would be jumping around all over the place (which would almost be worth doing, just to see it and laugh), but if they were low then it wouldn't really make much difference to their potential burst one way or another.
