Thread: Suggestions for fixing some inventory issues for 4.0

Here are some suggestions for better managing, inventory space in 4.0.

Tokens, books, totems, bolts, shafts, chains, gears, weapon tomestone, ect should be listed in the currency tab and not take up inventory space. Seeing how every raid, normal and savage and 24 man raids, every ex primal, and beast man quest drops some sort of token on completion all of these should be stored in the currency window and not in your actual inventory. It clutters up inventory very badly the way it is done now. If it was stored in the currency menu much space would be saved.

Secondly it would be nice to have a glamor book when 4.0 hits. Basically it would be a book of every armor you have ever owned so you could toss out old gear and still use it for glamor because it would be saved in your glamor book.

These 2 things would be a great help with dealing with inventory issues.

I'd love this, however I will speculate on the reasons they will not happen:

"PS3 limitations"

or the even better

"Server limitations"

It is already confirmed by Yoshida. 4.0 will include a big inventory exapnsion.

Do you mean a big PAID inventory expansion?

I am totally new to the game and MMO gaming in general. Inventory has been the biggest pain to manage and I don't even have a fraction to manage as the rest of you experienced players. An overhaul of the system would be amazing.

Honestly, I'll uninstall the game if 4.0 doesn't give us more space for 'free.' I guarantee they will increase how many retainers people can buy though.

I'm hoping for gobbiebags. Turn in obscure items from various content/crafting for an tiny boost to inventory space. Then repeat several times with different items. Optional content busywork, that's what keeps MMOs going strong.
