You are a Lala I see from your avatar icon. Use that to your advantage... Work that lala cuteness with a little victory dance macro when the final boss dies... Be cute, leave the instance last (most people arbitrarily give commendation to whomever is still there at the end for the weekly gil).... Pre-grats on your mount!
