Hello,
I recently purchased by mistake (my own mistake) a Nothung (DRK Anima 210) since I started the quest on DRK (being it my old main) it took me 3 months to farm all the required materials. In these 3 months i changed my main to NIN and wanted to use those materials on NIN anima.

Realized my mistake I contacted the in-game support, who told me that they could do nothing to Anima weapons because of Square Enix's policy.
I understand that a strong policy is an important thing in a major video game house, but losing time (a lot of it) on a single mistake it is a terrible thing. It's making the game a lot less enjoyable and i feel abandoned, it's just an item we're talking about and by asking to destroy the Nothung to get the materials back didn't seem such a big deal to me.

In this particular case i think that Anima weapons' policy is too strict and unforgiving to player's mistakes, Real Life is unforgiving to one's mistakes and I think a game (at least) should give some relief to that, not making this feeling stronger.

I hope to get some feedback to this, even in a more "psychological" form.
Mistake me not, I know that I caused this but I need some help.

Thank you very much for reading.
