Allagan Attire failed to deliver

Currently, on finishing the quest Allagan Attire, you're supposed to receive both the Evoker's armour set and the Summoner's armour set as a way to more easily catch up with the current story line. However, on completing the quest, I only received my iLvl 55 Evoker's armour pieces, and have not seen the Summoner's gear at all.

Earlier, having completed the equivalent Scholar quest first, I received both the Scholar set and the Argute set as dictated by the quest. And later, after completing the quest Primal Burdens, both the Evoker's Doublet and Summoner's Doublet were rewarded.

It seems that only Allagan Attire failed to deliver the iLvl 90 gear.

This happened months ago at this point, largely due to my leaving the game (sub time ran out) and not immediately reporting the problem. It may have been fixed already, but doing a Search through the Technical Support forum for the quest in question has not brought up any relevant hits. So, I'm reporting this now.

If it's possible to be compensated the pieces the quest failed to reward, that would be nice, though I am already trying to get the armour the long way so it's not really a priority for me.

Pretty sure you get them all with the level 50 Primal Burdens quest (at the same time you would normally get the i55 body piece) so it's slightly further down the quest line.

I know that at least one website says you get it on Allagan Attire, but I'm sure that's not right as I remember doing it on an alt recently and I was sure it was the last quest/body piece where I got bombed with gear.

Edit: In fact more sure of it now, the i90 gear is all level 50, you wouldn't be able to wear it at the level 45 Allagan Attire quest, makes more sense you'd get it at Primal Burdens when you are 50.

Well that would certainly make sense, except I've already finished Primal Burdens and only got the Summoner's Doublet out of it. No gloves, boots, pants or hat; only Evoker stuff. Meanwhile, both the Scholar and Paladin equivalent quests give the i90 gear during their lvl 45 quests.

Just to clarify: I finished the entire Summoner quest line from before the expansion, and did not get the Summoner gear (besides the doublet) at any point.
