I quite like it personally. Saw it on a DRK in town the other day and instantly wanted one.

In fairness, I probably wouldn't like that visual style for any one else's weapon, and while I think the style fits the Dark Knight motif perfectly there's probably a fair bit of Soul Calibur nostalgia thrown in there too; that design'd fit right in as a Soul Edge.
