For min and bot. Which folklores are good to get first? And is there any ways to get blue chips faster?

Well you can get blue scrips now by turning in red scrips, so farming both will get you the folklore faster.

Hmm... for BTN not really sure, Dravania has Seventh Heaven which I know people like to get, so maybe that one.
for MIN I'd recommend either Dravania or Coerthas. The Coerthas one has Astral Moraine...which is still in demand.
