[QoL Suggestions] - Minions, Party Finder, House Purchasing

These are just a few quality of life suggestions, nothing major, just little tweaks that would make the game more fun.

    - Minions should be summonable anywhere, at any time.
--Even when chocobo companion is out.
--When in a city, when chocobo companion is 'out.'
    --While mounted.
--While on a flying mount, if the minion can also fly or ride shoulder. (To go with this, a 'summon random flying minion' button could be added.)
    --When in a solo instance.
    --When in a group instance/raid.
    --Anywhere I haven't thought of.

They should be like titles, they're only there for vanity, we should be able to have them at any time. If there's concerns with clutter, add a UI option to hide minions.

-Party Finder queue notification, when 0, should not display.

Repeatedly being told that there's still 0 parties is not very helpful.

-When Party Finder queue notifications are enabled (or make this a new, separate option), receive an instant notification whenever a new party is created that matches the search conditions.

Reason being, the interval for the notification message is so long that sometimes a party is created and filled up (or almost filled up) before I even know it's there. An instant notification when it's first made would be awesome. Bonus points if you could create multiple search conditions and then be notified any time any of them are met.

-Remember Party Finder search conditions between sessions.

    Enough said.

-Allow some form of queue for house purchasing.

I came up with a fully fleshed out idea while back (last patch to add wards), but there should be some way to 'wait in line' for a house, even if it takes days/weeks/months. It's only fair, more fair than the current system, and reduces/removes a lot of stress in the purchasing of a house. Also, the existence of the line, and its length, would give the developers an exact idea of exactly how much housing demand each server has.
