Is there a promotion from Second serpent lieutenant?

Is there a quest or promotion after beat the 3rd rank of Grand Company hunting logs.
When you check Serpent Quartermaster there is six levels of ranks choose from I'm at moment only choose the first 3 the second 3 gray out?

Second Lieutenant is the current highest rank possible.

It's been capped on 2nd lieutenant for years but we are finally getting near to the addition of new GC content and rank promotion. This year if plans hold.
