Add 'Hold to Strafelock' to Autorun controller function while in combat.

As veterans know, melee DPS need to use strafe keys or use the lock-on to maintain autoattacks. I propose changing the Autorun button (typically L1) to switch to Standard Mode from Legacy Mode while being held down in combat (while retaining Autorun out of combat). No more Camera bobbing back and forth toggling in and out of lock on. You get the best of both movement types by simply holding down a button (that otherwise has no in combat purpose) when you need to strafe. No need to doubleclick a stick for every reposition.

L1 and R1 are also used to change the selected target while L2 and R2 are pressed. This complicates things a bit.
