I really wish there was an option for "tells" to be limited to friendlist only

Like and bump because this really should be a thing. Having to put "busy" up to achieve a similar effect (but including blocking tells you actually want to get, and party invites, and idk what else) is dumb.

I would love this. I have a circle of friends I play with on the regular to do various content and although we have a linkshell (and voice chat), sometimes we do want the privacy of a tell to and from individually to one another in game. As I'm a player who is unable to easily ignore the RMT spam that simple blacklisting doesn't resolve, having to turn off and on /busy to trade/tell etc can get tedious. I also would like if we could customize the Busy status, so unlike how it behaves now where it blocks incoming anything, we could specify not to lock friend invites, trade, etc..a new configuration for the status that only allows Friend and/or FC members to override the Busy status restriction altogether maybe? Or perhaps an entirely new status that simply lets only FC and/or Friends send any incoming invites, trades, tells, etc. to you when active.

I can agree with this but only because it's the Gil Spammers that abuse it and annoy me.

It's a bit bitter sweet for me.. in my server after it got so full the only way to enter it is a transfer. So i haven't had gil spam for like a year or so. the down side, there isnt any homes on sale and server lag at times. ><;
