7/8 LS Static on A7S LF1M WAR/DPS

As stated, our 7/8 LS Static is in search of an 8th to round out the group. We currently have an opening for a WAR, but our MNK can go WAR so we can accept a MNK/NIN, and our BRD can go NIN, which opens up BRD/MCH spot. A little confusing, but our priority lineup for our 8th would be:

1. WAR
2. MCH
3. NIN
4. MNK
5. BRD

The core 6/8 of our static is rock solid as far as high dps from DD, good healing/dps balance from healer, and good dps/awareness from tank, but we have been plagued with the inability to hold onto a solid OT/MH for months. Once we have a solid OT/MH, we are able to progress quickly and efficiently, so we're hoping to find someone that is skilled, reliable, and willing to stick around. Also to prevent too much regression with a new person, we'd like you to have at least A6S Ultra Flash exp., with A7S progression+ exp as ideal.

Our raid days are Tu/Th/Sa (may have some flexibility in days) from 9p-12a ET. We use Discord for both raid VoIP and posting guides, suggestions, and other communication outside of raid. We have been to ~21%, just after the second cat/3-ball phase, but are consistently progressing through the Merry-Go-Round phase.

PLD (me),
BLM,
BRD(NIN option),
DRG,
MNK (WAR option),
SCH (AST/WHM option)
WHM (SCH option)
