I have escalated this concern to be looked into further to see if it was handled correctly, and try to find ways that may allow us to improve our service. I definitely appreciate the civil tone of your posts, which allows you to express your concerns in a manner that does not require moderation. While we cannot discuss the results of any investigations, I wanted to thank you again for the feedback.
