Floating Post at Falcon's Nest

I'm not really sure if this is a "bug" rather than just a design flaw. Or perhaps it is intended for some reason, don't know. However, I figured I'd report it. I noticed that if you go around the outside perimeter of Falcon's Nest there is a wooden pole as part of the construction that never connects with the ground:




Professional black out work done by me to hide a gold spammer :-( and character information. Anyway there is a guy hanging off the rafters so maybe this is part of a later quest? If so, sorry... if not, then figure it is an issue of some sort.
