Unable to Remodel Exterior of Personal House

Steps:

a. 1. This a Personal House
a. 2. No One is on Shared Estate Settings list
a. 3. Character is Standing On the Property

b. Actions
b. 1. Select Housing
b. 2. Attempt to execute Remodel Exterior or Paint Exterior

When I attempt b.2. I only get the following Error Message:
"Unable to Execute Command, Another player is currently Editing the Layout"

And therefor, I can not remodel or paint the exterior.

Please help!

Quick Update,

One of the characters who was previously on the shared list was in Edit, They logged out and it left the property so the Owner could not edit. Even removing that character from the shared list did not clear the edit status.

Once we got in contact with the last person to edit that was on the shared list, they re-shared, and they did an edit, and once they exited, the status was cleared and the original owner could edit again.

This is definitely a bug were occasionally a person who has shared edit privileges on a personal house can logout and cause the house to be un-modifiable by the owner even when the shared list is empty.
