    Search information resets randomly

    Hi, my search Information that I set keeps getting randomly reset. I don't know why, and I don't know how. But I will log in to see that whatever I had wrote in there would get cleared away. Any way to prevent this from happening?

    Edit: Maybe I should have posted this in Tech Support.
