About the EU campaign for maid outfit and fat chocobo

I absolutely agree. Even if you could change your region as someone in the EU it doesn't necessarily mean you can easily access other promotions. (Although I do think the region lock needs to be removed or at least we should be able to switch it for people in situations like mine where they've moved). There needs to be a fair way for EVERY player to have access to promotional items, even if it means all promotional items are also available on the mog station for a short time before being taken away (and possibly returning later).

Honestly, I'm a bit shocked that this hasn't gotten more attention considering how big the thread is. Almost 170 pages of responses and we've gotten one official response saying they'll add it to the mog station later but giving no details about it beyond that? And no real details on how they will deal with this issue moving forward? I can understand the frustration and I feel for you EU players.

Part of the problem is probably that the EU - or more precisely, PAL technology - region is so huge and geographically/culturally/legally disparate that coordinating anything is a pain. Particularly since their other regions are single countries. (JP definitely is, for NA it often sounds like e.g. Canada might as well not exist).
Still, more -any- communication on the progress of resolving this disparity would be appreciated.

Also, which department do I have to bug to get SQEX-EU to strat shipping physical merch to ANZ?

Although this definitely doesn't help with the real issue at hand, for those of you who are hoping for the maid/butler outfits some people have found a "loyal butler" and "loyal maid" set in the game files which use the model for the maid/butler outfits and has the naming convention typical for event items going on the mog station. Not sure if this was previously mentioned, but I thought you might like to know about it.

If I had to guess, I'd assume it should come out with the next wave of mog station items but who knows....

Both are important issues that players understandably felt strongly about. Though this thread deals with a very legitimate issue too - and yet despite the problems still not being resolved it still hasn't gone any higher than a community representative.

I really get the feeling that they only responded to the other threads because the one with the housing is easily done (but still a nice gesture) and the other one could have lost them lots of players if they went completely silent on it. They probably feel that this thread here is not that big of a problem since we probably would not unsub thanks to that. Still this situation here made me lose quite the respect for SE and just shows me who they like more in their customer base.

I will not forget this issue SE! I have this thread active in my tabs all the time, so please dont just ignore it.

It's pretty obvious by now that SE only cares about JPN and NA players. Everyone else is just some extra money for them. They gouge us with shipping costs from their own store, they give JPN and NA everything, even when they demand something extra, but they completely ignore us. EU and other territories besides JPN and NA are just some extra cash for SE.
