Still waiting here as well. Pretty confused since the december print for the dutch magazine PU doesn't have any codes. While the november one had the ifrit mask + 30k MGP but there was no official announcement. :/

A while ago we announced that we’d try to bring the in-game item campaign to a number of European countries, among them Spain and Italy. With the addition of the new Gamestop campaign for Germany today, we have covered most of them – unfortunately, due to a number of circumstances and despite our best efforts, we were unable to bring the campaign to Italy and Spain in the end. We’re extremely sorry for letting the players in those regions down. - Amazon
- big video games stores ( gamestop, micromania etc.)

For all countries and not with a big difference of date.
