New Emotes you would like to see?

More generic idle emotes; as others said..stuff like holding a hand of cards, a glass of drink (not necessarily drinking it). Maybe flipping a coin. Juggling?

I also like the direction they’re going with the “animal crossing-esque” emotes, where it’s not just a facial thing but an actual emoticon that appears over your head. (We have the !, ?, and the angry/frustrated black cloud thing)

Or alternatively actual interactive stuff like Rock Paper Scissors. Or useful stuff like “point LEFT/RIGHT”

Interaction emotes that require two people or perhaps married players.

Really anything that would motivate players to use the marriage system.

The "Ragnarok Online" approach lol.
I don't want too see too many, because then I'd feel it'd be easy to just wipe animations off for instead of these.
For the record, not saying the Devs would be lazy, I just don't want it to be a slippery-slope.

Persistent. Kneeling. Emote.

As a DM for RP events I can't tell you how many times I've heard "I wish I could just stay kneeling." When you're a research group dedicated to digging through the dirt, sitting just doesn't cut it.

For MNK updated idle and better battle/ victory emotes.
They feel a bit flimsy to me, not like a martial artist they're just very odd.

Honestly, I just love new dances. The more exaggerated or goofy, the better! Or some that are genuinely kind of cool, like "the running man".

I just find those fun to pop out if someone is AFK, or for taking screenshots after a clear.

I also wouldn't mind some Job-specific ones, liked a "bored-job" emote. So a MCH might goofy around, pretending to quick-draw at make-believe enemies around, while DRK might lean on their sword, clearly bored, and just playing with a little dark-magic with one of their hands.
