So no one feels that there would be any benefit to adding Skill Speed to gear? Attack faster, shorter CDs??
I was wondering about skill speed as well. What does your skill speed got to be at for endgame?

Well, someone else can better answer that question, and I feel that, due to the number of people who have commented and NOT mentioned skill speed that most likely it's going to be a No on adding Skill Speed, however, I feel that it could be beneficial. Faster attacks, shorter cooldowns, easier to hold aggro/generate enmity, and possibly a bit more DPS. Then again, I imagine you'd get even more DPS from adding Str, Det, or Crit which makes sense.
There are some threads over in the tank section where we talked about this in detail actually. For DRK stacking SkS at around 680 will allow you to get the most benefit from Blood Weapon (# of GCDs in a Blood Weapon window). There are some who speculate adding a crap ton of skill speed will allow another GCD in that window, but generally it was agreed that it wasnt worth the loss in crit/det. Also, SkS can be important for getting your DoTs to line up properly with you rotation.
To answer your question in the OP - SkS until 680, Crit, then Det. Str on all the accs. The lore gear will be what you want until you can get savage drops and the gloves, belt and pants from Weeping City are better imo than their lore counterparts.
