PS4 employed 0 retainers can hire 0

Just upgraded from free trial to full game and everything I can access marketboard and other things that I couldn't on free trial, it says that I have 0 retainers and can hire 0 retainers so I cannot hire any. I have completed scions of the seventh dawn and all story quests up to level 35 and have contacted GM who have stated that I have encountered a game aspect not working as intended and I was told to post a bug report here. has anyone else had this problem? if so can you please give me advise on what to do?

Have you spoken to a retainer vocate in one of the three major cities?

thank you for your reply, it seems the retainer advocates are now working properly. I think that maybe it was fixed by the game makers.

My father says that the other possibility is that because I have been on free trial and had just switched over that very day that the game client needed 24 hours to properly adjust or something.

I am horrible with computers and can barely understand most of how they work but I am simply grateful that the system is working.
