Out of curosity, does that word have any meaning or is it them breathing? Doing an aquapolis run with friends, killed a goblin treasure hunter, and the last words he said "tell my wife... psshkoh". does it mean anything ?

It is either a good word or a bad word in Goblin language.

Bad being it means "F*** you"

Good being "I love you"

They may have shared genetic traits in regards for them needing their masks, but I wouldn't go that far.
