Well the devs said there'd be no more beast tribes for now. Besides, how the heck would a "beast" tribe in Azys Lla even work? There's no living thing there that doesn't want us dead other than Tiamat.

those oddly shaped nodes noted in helix and that dot the area that confuse us for allagans seem nice enough. odds are if it recognizes you as a user allagan tech would have a host of things to share. (and reputation rankings would conviently be more "privileges" granted to the user.)

I been trying to find it to no avail, but I do know whether it was in an interview or live letter, someone asked Yoshida if we'd get more beast tribes like the goblins and he said there wouldn't be.

Yoshida: No. The Alexander story itself is kind of like the beast tribe quests for goblins, so we don't have any plans to add any other beast tribe quests for the patch 3.X series. We've already pretty much settled on the content for patches 3.4 and 3.5, and we're in the planning stages for the new beast tribes for 4.0.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it but it sounds like he's implying there will be new beast races in 4.0 similar to how the Vath and Vanu were new races for 3.0. After going through the Vath story that makes me kind of excited for what they might do.

Since there are no more beast quests coming for 3.X, I wonder if they'll add another story arch involving the 3 HW beast tribes like the ones from ARR. That would be cool.
