Dissapearing garden furniture (Visual bug)

From different angles, objects placed in the plot 38 of Goblet seem to just vanish from sight, and one step makes them appear again. Every time I walk by the chocobo stable is there, then isn't when I get closer, and then appear again when I'm even closer, but if there's a chocobo stable, it stays visible. It happens with other items but the owner rearranged the garden and it only seems to happen to the chocobo stable right now.

I've made several friends come see it and it happens to absolutely everyone, no matter the computer.

This happens most dramatically around the streetlight of the corner of plot 38. Next to the corner of plots 42 and 43. While walking to the nearest Market Board.
