What we are looking for:

players who can dedicate minimum of 3 days a week for raiding.mostly it will be 7pm-11pm europe time,2-4hours depending on length of duty.2 days during workweek and 1 weekend day.

players who are ready to work on their personal performance and improve,be able to listen to constructive criticism
players who are serious about progression and raiding,willing to study a video,do your homework on improving your dps/healing/dodging/support performance

players who are not quitters

raiding experience not necessary,new players welcome
