    240 accessoy melds help!

    Hello healer forum! I have a question about what I should slot into my shiny 240 accessory. I have been slotting in Vit 4's into my 230 accessories since the start of 3.3 for that nice HP buffer. Now I have 240 accessories and I'm wondering should I slot in Vit 5's or should I slot in SS? For the ones that I can slot Pie into I do, but for the others that I can't should I be putting in the small bonus 12? I don't find the extra 12 all that useful as I try to time my heals to go out right after big hits go out.

    tl;dr: should I slot Vit 5 or SS 5 into my accessories?
