red scrips

The new red scrip upgrades in 3.4 will be for offhand tools as well, not just the accessories. I'm assuming those will need the same amount of goblin cups as the current MH tools, so saving up 26 of them for two OH tools might be an idea.

I'm just going to make them myself. I have all the stuff already but I'm just feeling a bit lazy atm. =/
