Just because a few people misuse it is no reason to punish those who do use it correctly. Then what happens to the group of 3 in a FC that get that 1 troll who refuses to do anything, can't kick and he refuses to leave.

Then the three can vote abandon and start over in a new instance with a different random player. There is the time already spent in the first instance lost, but it's better than being trapped with a troll.

If someone kicks without ever even trying to communicate then the only reason for that kick is to disrupt your gameplay, thus it is in breach of the ToS. The 'different playstyles' reason doesn't work if no one has even spoken to establish that there's a difference of playstyle.

Why would you have to give the person a chance to change it? Nowhere does it say anything about communication. I know its nice to make things up that make you feel better but it isnt your game to make the rules.
