While the GM team obviously don't have the resources to handle every single report in a timely manner, they aren't paid to just sit around pretending to work (otherwise why bother having GMs in general then?). They DO dish out the bans/suspensions when applicable as people had shown before, whether on here or another site (I remember someone posted a video of themselves being jailed by a GM). Just because we have handful of people here claiming the GMs are useless doesn't mean that's the case every single time for other people in other situations. If the GMs really never did anything, we'd have worse problems and more people leaving. You say it's more profitable for Square to have the GMs tell people to ignore the problem, but know what else is also profitable? Keeping your current customers happy.
