    Getting constant disconnects (Error 90006)

    This problem started two days ago. I suddenly started disconnecting very often and getting error 90006.

    What I've done so far to try and fix this is:
    • reboot my router
    • uninstall/reinstall network adapter drivers
    • uninstall/reinstall the game

    I noticed that I can stay on the game longer when I'm not in an instance. When I go into an instance, I can notice the problem almost immediately. (Everyone frozen except for me then disconnected shortly after) I can stay connected on other games for long periods with no problem too. Also, I don't run into this problem when I play on my PS4, only on my PC.

    Also:
    • ISP is Verizon
    • Located on the East Coast, New Jersey area.
    • router model is 'fios quantum gateway g1100'
    • Network adapter is TP-LINK Archer T4U
    • Playing on PC
    • Zalera (Aether datacenter)

    Same issue. Constantly getting disconnected with Error 90006 since yesterday afternoon. the game will only let me get as far as getting on before pretty much instantly kicking me off. Been happening since the hotfix and despite what the updates on yesterdays PSN issues say about it being fixed, it is not. And I do not have the time to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as it would take 15-20 hours for it to update.

    Only thing thing I know about my internet provider is that it is Century Link. Don't know anything about the router or anything else. And I am located in the Mountain time zone, Colorado.

    Same. East coast. Verizon. Every 30/45 minutes since 3.3, even more often since the most recent update.

    Balmung here, getting disconnected as well since Wednesday 15 June 2016, happens randomly but about every 30-1 hour ill get at least 1 dc. Timewarner Cable, CA. Internet works fine, had youtube playing music in the background and it would keep playing even if I dc.

    Hyperion player on PC. Southern California. AT&T U-verse. This has been happening since the hotfix. Everything else is running smoothly, it's just the game giving me 90006 errors constantly.

    Had the same problem since around 3.3, it's getting less bad with time. Reset computer, cable modem, changed DNS server, flushed dns, reset winsock, etc, etc. Nothing fixed the issue.

    This is also happening to me, I'm on Balmung. I live in Tennessee and have Comcast, I still get 90006 disconnects even when using WTFast. I'm on a wired connection and have taken similar steps to other posters, still happens every single day.

    Same problem here. I'm on ps4 and for the past few days I've been randomly dcing with this error. It just happened: lagged me out, made me fail a duty, and then disconnected. My husband is playing on pc with the same Internet connection and it never happens to him. What's up Square Enix??

    just happened to me about 40 mins ago, couldn't log back in got 2002 errors then my character was still logged in for a good ten mins. Gave up and went to play another game for a bit. Now I'm even lagging with a VPN up which was a small fix for my constant 90k and lagging out issues. Other games are fine. This one is not, this is now week 3 and I'm really losing it.
