Possible to Disable the Actionbar Skill Tooltips?

Hi, Im new to the forums, nice to meet you all!

I was wondering if it was possible to disable or turn off
the tooltips that popup when you hover over a skill in your
actionbar/mainbar? It is a little frustrating to always see
a wall of text when I know what skills I placed there and don't
need the extra clutter.

I hope there is a solution! I've searched a bit on google and looked
through some pages on the forums, unfortunately I cant find
anything regarding this topic...

This has been bothering me as well. I would really like to remove it because of 2 reasons, 1 the explanations take place, 2 I know by now what my skills do and i dont need it explained every time I use it.

i've noticed that when i use the number keys on my keyboard to select a skill, it resets my mouse to hovering over the skill sometimes. This is not good when i use my mouse to select the target i heal. so hopefully they do away with this.

i have suggested this in the past but to no avail yet.
tooltips are in the most cumbersome place possible.

please se,please se, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee SE!! remove tooltips or at the verty least make them optional to satisfy anyones possible likes/dislikes.

Yes i do want an option to disable it. Lol its a pain that the text box covers my poor lalafell everytime i fight. ; ;
