A8S cleared static looking for 2 more members

We are an A8S cleared static looking for 2 more members for the next tier of Alexander in patch 3.4. We are seeking:

• MT (proficient at both PLD and DRK) or Ranged (MCH preferred)
• Caster (BLM preferred)

Information for 3.4:
- Aim to clear content at a brisk pace before the catch-up patch (3.5);
- Raid Days: 4+ days a week;
- Raid Timing: GMT+8 9.00pm-12am+ on Friday/Sat and GMT+8 8.30pm-11pm+ on all other days;
- Discord for raid; and
- Facebook and Whatsapp outside the game.

Requirements:
- A7S Enrage exp preferred but any lesser is open to discussion;
- Proactive in discussions with the team to optimise strategy/dps;
- Willing to take criticism;
- To inform in advance if you are unable to make it for raid (schedules updated weekly); and
- Speaking on VOIP not mandatory as long as you can listen in
