Disable L3 lockon

I don't know anyone who uses lock on anyway outside of lazy mode autorun lockon to a friend and follow them through a dungeon while you grab a drink from the fridge...

I use it on melee
On ranged I use it during LB3 so I can't accidentally miss (since it can completely miss if you aren't careful).
