    What chest piece is this?

    Is it for a past event or can it be acquired still in the game? Also I'd like to know how to get the hat too.

    Hat really looks like one of these... just dyed metallic red. Thats a weaver recipe, so still obtainable. Not sure on the shirt.

    Wanzer is correct, the top is definitely the au ra female Hempen Chemise, which only au ra girls can wear (other races have their own unique version of it).
