Constant lag freezes, DCs and bad customer support.

I'm also in Brazil, having this problem since last week. I contacted my ISP, there is nothing wrong on their side, also nothing wrong with my router (checked and reprogrammed it). Not even VPNs like PingZapper seems to fix my problem.
